Now Open!  The new Lincoln Showhome– Stonewood’s First 7-Star Homestar Rated Home !

This exciting new showhome - the very first 7 star Homestar showhome in New Zealand - was officially opened on March 31st by Minister for the Environment and local MP Amy Adams.  In opening the new home, Ms Adams congratulated Stonewood on being the first to reach this rating.  “It’s the first time a showhome has been built to this level,” she said. “This will be taken as a given that homes will meet this standard in the future.”

Behind the scenes our design team have designed a home which makes the most of its location, with excellent thermal efficiency to save you long term heating and cooling costs.  We’ve also specified materials which ensure low maintenance costs and products that will perform efficiently for years of enjoyment.

I want you to know what a fantastic, professional, caring, inspiring job Karen Jackson has done for us. We have never built a house and never wanted to and she certainly guided us with all the processes, went into bat for us with Arrow Int and Southern Earthquake Response when we just couldnt do it any more. Her Kindness has helped us through 2 really bad years and her professional attitude and manner has been impecable. You are very fortunate to have her on your team.
