 2010 House of the Year
 Once again Palmerston North are Award Winners. In the 2010 House of the Year Awards we not only won Gold but were also the Category Winners in the James Hardie Show Home Award category!! Once again Tauranga have had a fantastic result in the 2010 House of Year awards with wins in two categories. Silver medals for New Homes $350,00 - $450,000 and New Homes $450,000 - $600,000. Hamilton House of the Year Winner!!
 Stonewood Hamilton are pleased to announce that they collected a silver medal in the New Homes $350,000 - $450,000 category for a lovely home that they built in Ohaupo. Dunedin's fantastic Showhome won a silver in the James Hardie Show Home Award category! This showhome was so fabulous it has been sold!
