Brent Mettrick - Managing Director

Brent has been in the housing industry in Canterbury for over 30 years, the majority of these in volume building company management. A founding director of Stonewood Homes, he is an influential figure in the New Zealand building industry in his role as National past President of the Registered Master Builders Federation, past president of Canterbury Registered Master Builders Association, and past Chairman of Master Build Services Ltd ( the Master Builders guarantee Company) for over 8 years. He is also currently on the Department of Building and Construction-led Building Act Review Sector Advisory Board, is a Sector Productivity Forum member, and an inaugural and current director of the New Zealand Green Building Council.
