Darren Sears the Manager of Wellington Stonewood leads a team including New Home Sales Consultant Chris Tobin.

A born-and-bred Wellingtonian, Darren has lived in the capital all his life.

He had the sort of OE most kiwi boys dream of, playing cricket in England for two seasons prior to settling down into a career which has been committed to the building industry for 15 years and counting.

Darren spent five years with Placemakers and the last ten as an Area Sales Manager involved with various building products, responsible for both the Lower North Island region and all the South Island.

He is very passionate about the building industry and relishing this opportunity for a far greater involvement in the building process with on a more personal level with clients.

In his spare time, Darren enjoys a good curry, time with wife Wendy and daughters Jessica and Monique, and is hanging out for a world cup Rugby victory in 2011.
